Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Representative – Western, U.S. to drive sales and business growth for our vehicle barrier solutions within the assigned territory. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing security solutions to commercial, industrial, and government clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, security solutions, and/or perimeter protection products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including commercial, government, and infrastructure projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with security contractors, facility managers, law enforcement, and decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on our vehicle barrier solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with prospective clients to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, and technical support) to deliver customized solutions.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and conferences to expand market presence.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain security product specifications.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce Experience a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Construct Connect and ARCAT software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with government agencies, law enforcement, or military security projects.
- Knowledge of vehicle barrier systems, crash-rated bollards, or access control solutions.
- Existing network of contacts within the security, defense, or perimeter protection industry.
